Apple Cinnamon Muffins by Laura Vitale

if you knew your way around the kitchen and happened to be good at baking, i envy you completely. i wish i could make treats like this all year round (more so around the holidays) but since i have a) no oven and b) no baking skills whatsoever, i am left drooling on my screen and imagining my house smelling like cinnamon and apples.
