New York, New York
i recently dug up this old “new york” shirt from the depths of my closet (one of the perks of not doing much laundry in months) and immediately thought of creating an outfit around it. my look is inspired by this outfit from the devil wears prada, and another similar one from sex and the city, but i couldn’t find a screencap of it. i love how it balances wardrobe basics with some streetwear flair.
white shirt – zara
new york shirt – thrifted
jeans – sm
necktie – mom’s
black pumps – c/o ferretti
denim tote- thrifted

So cute how you revolved an outfit around the tee!

Interesting look! It looks very comfortable, but classic and chic at the same time. Ah, don't you love it when you run into old pieces and treat them as if their newly bought items? I recently dug up some high waisted pants that I used to hate probably about 5 years ago, and now I'm so excited to wear them for the upcoming fall months. 🙂

What a cute look, I love how you wore your loose tee over the button down and tie!

whoaaa such an unexpected layering (you've been doing this cool layering lately!) but it works so well and is very sartorial! 🙂 I would totally look like a potato sack in this outfit, but you look quirky and amazing 😀 Now go out there and let the street style photographers snap a pic of you 😉

It definitely does add a contrast to an otherwise black-and-white office look! I wish I could meet you in NY at some NYFW some day<3

Ahhh I LOVE how you wore this tee. I always struggle with these tees because I'm afraid I'll look tacky, but you rocked it!
