Mirror, Mirror, Here I Stand

though perhaps not initially apparent, this look reminds me a bit of snow white. sure, it’s substantially lacking in the yellow-skirt department and my current hair color is nowhere near her jet-black locks, but i feel the sweet femininity is all there. snow white was never my favorite disney princes and i often find myself a bit bored when i watch through the cartoon flick (the newer, darker interpretations at least pique my interest more) but even i can’t deny her charm and overall adorable-ness. her outfit is certainly one of the most easily duplicated, and i wonder if she lived in modern times how her red, blue and yellow frock would translate. i wonder if she’d don a cat-print sweater, too?
sweater, headband – forever 21
skirt – romwe
sandals – crishapinkshop
bag – vintage

This totally reminded me of Snow White when I first saw it! I think it’s the colors and the bows! Snow White is my least favorite too. She’s kinda drab :/ but I bet if she looked like you, I would’ve liked her more 😉
