Peplum Over Skinnies

i’m surprised these photos even turned out half decent, more so usable on the blog. what you don’t see in these seemingly prosaic frames are about a dozen or so rowdy street kids, all of whom randomly decided to make it their personal mission to not let me finish photographing this look. i rarely ever whine about my outfit shoots not running according to plan but the heat of sunday afternoon, coupled with the vexing noises of strange kids jumping on and around me made this photo session just short of unbearable.

i did really like my look though — perfect for my meeting for a rather exciting endeavor coming very soon. (:
