some time ago i got a rather startling e-mail from rebecca informing me that i had won her seychelles giveaway. i got to have my pick of ANY pair of seychelles shoes, and as i read through her letter, i swear i felt light-headed. it seemed like a dream. an incredible, blissful dream that, to this day, still makes me squeal with delight.

i had originally selected the mulberry boot but, alas, my size had been unavailable. so i went with my second choice, the two birds heels, and i’m really happy i did because they are just lovely and so comfortable. i don’t own anything like it, too, so i know i will get some great use out of them.
