Leona Art Restaurant

a while ago i got to try this little place called LEONA ART RESTAURANT in matimtiman st, QC (near the famous maginhawa strip). apparently it’s been getting endless raves from friends – and friends of friends – as well as food bloggers who frequently like discovering hidden places like this.

true enough, i had such a blast dining there. the place is really rather cozy and when we ate there, it was mostly students who occupied nearby tables. the serving time took a little longer than what i am normally used to (it seemed like there was only one person working the kitchen at the time; idk for sure) but i can honestly say the food was well worth the wait. i especially enjoyed the cilantro soup and the breakfast-themed pizza. yumm!

what we ordered: cilantro soup, good morning pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and quarter roast chicken meal w/ mexican rice.
